Production
Every CitySigns tee is printed on demand, just for you. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. No mass production, no unsold stock — each piece is made when you order it.
Shipping
Orders are printed and shipped from the region closest to the delivery address:
- United States: 2–5 business days after production
- Canada: 5–10 business days after production
- France & most of Europe: 5–9 business days after production
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days after production
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. EU orders are shipped from within the European Union — no customs fees, no surprises.
Damaged, misprinted or incorrect orders
Quality is the whole point. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@citysigns.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement — no need to ship anything back.
Returns & exchanges
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the refund is issued once the item is received and inspected.
Because each tee is printed to order, we're not able to offer free size exchanges — please double-check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Remember: our fit is true oversized, so order your usual size.
